Video Split Privacy Policy
CAEN Inc. ("we") establishes this Privacy Policy for the Video Split iOS app (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
The App does not transmit or collect personal information or usage data, including your name, email address, location, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, usage history, or crash information, on servers operated by us or third parties.
The App stores your most recently selected split duration, successful split count, and the app version for which Apple's standard review prompt was requested. This information stays on your device.
2. Videos and Photos
The App loads, splits, and exports your selected video entirely on your device. Your videos are not sent to us or to third-party servers.
The App requests add-only access to your photo library to save split videos. It does not request permission to read your entire photo library.
Temporary files are removed when you leave the completion screen, when processing fails or is cancelled, when you choose another video, or the next time the App opens. Videos saved to your photo library remain under your control in Photos.
3. Third Parties and External Transfers
The App does not include advertising, analytics, or other third-party SDKs, and does not disclose or transmit information to third parties.
If you use the iOS share sheet to send a video to another app or service, that recipient's terms and privacy policy apply to the transfer.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
