These Terms of Use govern the use of the iOS app DimCamera provided by CAEN Inc. Please read these terms before using the app.

These terms apply to all uses of DimCamera by users.
By using DimCamera, you agree to be bound by these terms.
App Description
DimCamera is a camera app that allows users to take photos with a dimmed screen to prevent glare.
CAEN Inc. may modify, add, or discontinue features, screens, or specifications of the app as necessary.
Prohibited Acts
Users must not engage in any of the following when using DimCamera.
- Acts violating laws, public order, or morality, including unauthorized covert photography or privacy infringement
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, reputation, or portrait rights of third parties
- Acts causing damage or loss to CAEN Inc. or third parties
- Reverse engineering, altering, or unauthorized use beyond normal intended purposes
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by CAEN Inc.
Management of Captured Content
Users are solely responsible for managing photos captured and saved with DimCamera.
Users are responsible for resolving any disputes arising from subjects, locations, or contents of photos taken.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to DimCamera belong to CAEN Inc. or legitimate right holders.
Rights to photos taken with DimCamera belong to the user, provided they do not violate laws or third-party rights.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not warrant that DimCamera meets specific user purposes, operates without error, or provides continuous uninterrupted service.
CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from use, inability to use, loss of data, or device environment issues, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes to Terms
CAEN Inc. may update these terms as needed. Updated terms will be published on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes regarding DimCamera will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Japan.
