Help for delivery planning, shared calendars, reminders, and backups in Delivery Calendar.
Publish dates to a shared calendar
First create or choose a shared calendar in a calendar service such as Google Calendar and grant access to the people who need it. Then allow calendar access in Delivery Calendar and select the destination and products to publish. Updates flow one way from the app to the calendar.
If an event is missing, check device calendar sync, the selected destination calendar, and Delivery Calendar's calendar permissions.
If reminders do not arrive
Check that reminders are enabled in the app and that Android allows notifications for Delivery Calendar. Battery-saving settings and device conditions can delay notifications.
Backups and restoring data
To make a manual backup, use Settings in the app to save a JSON file. Review a backup file before restoring it. Android device backups and transfers depend on your device and account settings.
Uninstalling the app removes its local data. Export anything you need before removal. Calendar events and files saved elsewhere are not removed when you uninstall the app.
