Contacts CSV Support
Contacts CSV lets you choose authorized contacts and fields, preview the result, and then save or share a CSV file.
How to Export
- Allow Contacts access.
- Choose all available contacts or select individual contacts.
- Choose the fields and CSV format.
- Review the contact count, columns, and first rows.
- Save to Files or choose a share destination.
If Contacts Do Not Appear
Review Contacts access for the app in iOS Settings. If you use limited access, make sure the contacts you want to export are included in the allowed selection.
If Screen Time or device management restricts Contacts access, ask the person or organization managing those settings.
If Saving or Sharing Fails
Make sure at least one contact is selected and that your device has available storage, then try again. If the destination reports an error, also check that app or service.
Restarting the app does not change your source contacts. Your CSV preferences remain stored on the device.
If Values Look Wrong in Excel or Numbers
UTF-8 BOM and spreadsheet text protection are enabled by default. If a leading zero disappears from a phone number, keep text protection enabled and export again.
If your destination requires semicolon delimiters or LF line endings, change those options in CSV Settings.
Resetting and Deleting Data
Deleting the app removes its stored CSV preferences and temporary data. Delete CSV files already saved or shared through Files, cloud storage, email, or other destinations in those services.
The app never adds, edits, or deletes your contacts.

If the issue continues, include your iOS version, the action that caused the issue, and any message shown. Do not send real contacts or CSV data.

FAQ
Are contacts or CSV files uploaded to a server?
No. Conversion and preview happen on your device, and the app does not send them to our servers.
Does the app edit or delete contacts?
No. The app only reads contacts you authorize.
