How CAEN Inc. handles information in ClickCadence Desk.
Local processing and storage
Click position, interval, count, shortcut, and window preferences are stored in local user app data. Current keys and mouse buttons, display configuration, and session state are checked to start, stop, and avoid unintended input. The app does not capture screens, collect target app content, or save keystroke history or active click sessions. Corrupt or unsupported preferences may be preserved on the same PC.
Network and external services
There is no app-specific network traffic, advertising, analytics, or automatic external error reporting. Microsoft terms apply to Microsoft Store purchases, distribution, and updates.

Email addresses and information you send to info@caen.co.jp are used to answer your inquiry and investigate the issue. Remove personal or confidential information and send only necessary material.
