Business Card Maker Support
Business Card Maker edits cards on your device and exports PDFs or PNGs that are easy to pass to a printing workflow. It does not place print orders or process payments.
Getting started
- Create a new card from the Home screen and choose a template.
- Enter your name, company, title, contact details, address, and any other details. You can keep information saved while choosing which fields appear on the card.
- Adjust colours, fonts, logo, photo, QR code, back side, and card size. Changes are saved automatically on your device.
- Choose a sheet PDF, single-card PDF, or PNG on the Export screen, then use the iOS share sheet to select a save or printing destination.
PDF, PNG, and printing
A sheet PDF places multiple cards at actual size on A4 or Letter paper. A single-card PDF uses the exact page dimensions of one card. PNG export is available at 300 or 600 dpi.
In the destination's print settings, choose Actual Size or 100% and turn off scaling options such as Fit to Page. Duplex orientation varies by printer, so test one sheet on plain paper first.
If an image cannot be added
Use Choose Image for the logo or photo and select the image again. The App reads only the item selected through PhotosPicker. If the image exists only in iCloud, wait for it to finish downloading and try again.
If a preflight message appears
The App warns about small text, clipped content, low colour contrast, or a QR code that may be too dense to print reliably. Reduce the number of displayed fields, shorten text, change colours or templates, or shorten QR content. Export is blocked when a QR code is enabled but has no content.
If saving or sharing fails
Check available device storage, close the App, and open it again. If the required share destination is missing, confirm that the Files destination or printing app is installed and able to receive shared files.
The App keeps the most recent valid card library as an on-device backup and attempts recovery if loading fails. It does not sync through iCloud or back up data to our servers.
Deleting your data
Delete an individual card from the card list. A deleted card cannot be restored. Uninstalling the App removes cards, images, and settings stored inside the App. Save any PDF or PNG you need to Files or another destination before uninstalling.

Can the App print directly?
The App creates and shares the PDF or PNG. Use the iOS share sheet to pass it to a printer app, a convenience-store printing app, a print-shop upload workflow, or another printing method.
What should I include in a support request?
Include your device model, iOS version, App version, selected export format, and the steps leading to the issue. You do not need to send the personal details or images contained in your card.
