Business Card Maker Privacy Policy
CAEN Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") manages information handled by the iOS app Business Card Maker (the "App") as described below.
Data collected off the device
The App does not send to or collect on our servers names, company details, contact details, addresses, logos, photos, QR code content, usage information, or other data. The App has no account system, advertising, analytics SDK, or tracking functionality.
Data stored on the device
Business-card details, design settings, selected logos, and selected photos are stored in the App's Application Support area. Complete iOS file protection is applied to the stored files.
The most recently used export settings and state used to avoid excessive review prompts are stored in UserDefaults. This information is used only to operate the App.
Selecting photos
When you add a logo or photo, the App uses Apple's PhotosPicker and receives only the image you explicitly select. It does not request permission to access your entire photo library.
PDF and PNG export and sharing
The App creates an exported PDF or PNG in a temporary area on the device and provides it to the standard iOS share sheet. Complete file protection is applied, and the App deletes the temporary file after sharing completes or is cancelled.
After you select a share destination, that app or service handles the file under its own privacy policy and terms. The App does not automatically select a destination or upload the file by itself.
External pages and Apple services
Opening this policy or the support page from Settings causes normal communication by your browser and the website hosting provider. Apple's privacy policy applies to App Store purchases, downloads, and reviews.
Deletion and retention
Deleting a card removes its entered details and images from the on-device card library. Uninstalling the App causes iOS to remove the card library, UserDefaults, and temporary data managed by the App. We do not retain server copies of this information.
Changes to this policy
If the App's data handling changes, we will update this policy and its revision date. We will provide an appropriate notice in the App or on its distribution page when a material change requires one.
