BB Mini Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the iOS app BB Mini provided by CAEN Inc. Please review these terms before using the app.
Scope
These terms apply whenever you use BB Mini.
By using BB Mini, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
App Description
BB Mini is an app for capturing and saving retro pixel photos, videos, and GIF loops using the device camera.
CAEN Inc. may change, add, suspend, or discontinue app features, screens, or specifications when necessary.
Prohibited Acts
You must not do any of the following when using BB Mini.
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of a third party
- Acts that cause damage to CAEN Inc. or a third party
- Analysis, modification, unauthorized use, or use beyond the normal intended scope of the app
- Other acts that CAEN Inc. determines to be inappropriate
Management of Captured Content
You are responsible for managing photos, videos, and GIFs captured and saved with BB Mini.
If a dispute arises with a third party regarding the subject, location, or content of a capture, you are responsible for resolving that dispute.
Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to BB Mini belong to CAEN Inc. or their rightful owners.
Rights to photos, videos, and GIFs you capture with BB Mini belong to you, provided that they do not violate laws or third-party rights.
Disclaimer
CAEN Inc. does not guarantee that BB Mini will meet your specific purpose, operate accurately or continuously, or be free of defects.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by CAEN Inc., CAEN Inc. is not liable for damages caused by the use or inability to use BB Mini, loss of captured data, or issues arising from your device environment.
Changes to These Terms
CAEN Inc. may change these terms when necessary. The updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with BB Mini, the court with jurisdiction under applicable law will have exclusive jurisdiction.
