Information to Include in Bug Reports
When reporting a bug, please include the following information when possible.
- Your iPhone model
- Your iOS version
- The app version
- What happened
- The page count and file size of the PDF involved
- Whether it happened in continuous scroll or page mode
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if available
FAQ
Are my PDFs sent externally?
No. AutoPDFScroll processes PDFs on your device and does not send them to CAEN servers or third-party services.
I cannot open a PDF.
Please choose the PDF again from the Files app. Password-protected or corrupted PDFs may not be displayable.
Can the app handle large PDFs?
PDFs over 150 MB may be slower depending on available device memory and the amount of image data in the PDF. If needed, try a PDF with fewer pages or lower image resolution.
What is the difference between auto-scroll and page mode?
Auto-scroll moves the PDF continuously. Page mode advances to the next page after the interval you choose. Use whichever fits your script, sheet music, document, or reading style.
Do I need to create an account?
No. AutoPDFScroll can be used without login or account registration.
