These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS app AI SEO Audit provided by CAEN Inc. Please review them before using the app.
Acceptance
These terms apply whenever you use AI SEO Audit. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the App Provides
The app evaluates on-page information available from a webpage you open in Safari using deterministic rules built into the app and presents a proprietary score, checks, and suggested priorities.
The app does not use an external LLM or generative AI service. Its results do not guarantee search ranking, indexing, inclusion, or citation in an AI answer.
Purchase and License
The app is offered as a paid-up-front App Store purchase. Apple's terms and App Store settings govern payment, refunds, redownloads, Family Sharing, and related purchase matters.
You may use the app under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and applicable law. The app has no in-app purchases or subscription.
Your Responsibilities
Inspect only webpages you are authorized to access. You are responsible for how you use, save, copy, or share an audit result and must respect website terms, copyrights, confidentiality, privacy, and other rights.
You are responsible for website changes and business decisions made using an audit result.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the app for unlawful or abusive purposes
- Infringing a third party's rights, privacy, confidential information, or contractual obligations
- Interfering with the app or related systems
- Copying, modifying, redistributing, or reverse engineering the app except where applicable law permits it
Disclaimers and Liability
We work to maintain the app's quality, but do not guarantee operation on every webpage, completeness of an audit, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or any result from a search or AI service.
Results may change because of the audited website, Safari, iOS, networks, search engines, or AI-service specifications. To the extent permitted by law, CAEN is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use or inability to use the app.
Changes and Discontinuation
We may change or discontinue the app or these terms for quality improvements, legal compliance, operating-system or Safari changes, or another reasonable reason. Material changes will be announced on this page or through an appropriate App Store notice.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
